Using the freshest ingredients, we can offer you the very be​st choice in cake flavours with something to tempt everyone!
All BellaBoo cakes are between 5-6" deep (where design allows) with four layers of sponge cake and three layers of fillings.
All wedding cakes (with the exception of buttercream iced cakes) are covered in a thin layer of delicious superior Swiss fondant icing which has a subtle vanilla flavour and a smooth flawless finish, creating the perfect backdrop for your flowers and decorations.
Vanilla Butter Cake
An all butter vanilla sponge cake layered with fruity raspberry or strawberry conserve & vanilla buttercream
Rich Chocolate Brownie Cake
A decadent rich & moist chocolate cake layered with smooth milk chocolate ganache
Lemon Drizzle
Sweet and tangy, this delicious lemon sponge cake is made with fresh lemon zest, drizzled with lemon syrup, then layered with zingy lemon curd and buttercream, a really fresh taste, perfect for summer
Carrot & Pecan
Made with fresh organic carrots and pecan nuts, lightly spiced, this lovely moist cake is paired with a sweet orange cream cheese filling, my personal favourite!
Coffee, Pecan & Caramel
A rich buttery cake made with brown sugar, studded with pecan nuts and infused with coffee, drenched in coffee syrup & layered with homemade caramel filling and coffee buttercream... perfect after your wedding breakfast with an espresso
Almond & Apricot
Delicious sponge cake made with ground almonds and flavoured with almond extract, layered with apricot conserve and almond flavoured buttercream.... the taste is reminiscent of a bakewell tart!
Chocolate & Vanilla Marble
A delicious combination of swirly chocolate and vanilla sponge cakes, layered with milk chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream
Mocha Marbled
Perfectly paired, this duo of coffee and chocolate sponges are swirled together and layered with milk chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream
Chocolate Orange
Moist chocolate orange sponge cake layered with orange infused milk chocolate ganache, a perfect combination!
Coconut, Lime & Raspberry

This delicious ginger cake is so sticky and spiced with stem ginger, perfectly paired with ginger and orange buttercream, it's tasty and warming, so is a perfect choice for an autumn or winter wedding.... but equally satisfying on any day of the year!

Nut Allergies: My cakes do not come into contact with nuts unless used in the cake recipe. They are used in my kitchen but are stored away from other ingredients, consequently I cannot guarantee a completely nut free environment.

You are responsible for advising your guests of this and we will not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury from exposure to anything which might cause an allergic reaction. This may include, and without limitation, nuts, nut products, alcohol, dairy, wheat, sulphates, flavourings or colouring.

Allergens: My cakes contain: free range eggs, sugar, real butter, milk & cream, wheat flour, chocolate, fruit jams. I am happy to provide Gluten Free cakes baked with Gluten Free Flour but regret I do not offer vegan, sugar free or egg free cakes.

My kitchen is fully registered with Spelthorne Council for the safe preparation of food and is equipped with completely separate ovens specifically for baking customers' cakes and NOT for own food use.
